Every analysis gives you a clean summary with citations. See what needs attention, decide your next step, and keep the work moving.
Every clause gets caught. The question is when.
The auto-renewal you spotted — three weeks after redline went back. The indemnity cap you flagged — twenty minutes before the call. The non-compete scope you noticed — the day after the client signed. These aren't hypotheticals. They're the catch that happened too late. Docly catches them on the first read — so you have time to actually do something about it.
